YAY!

Greetings!
Well, the meeting with the lawyer went great, I discovered that there's no legal problems looming at the moment. I renewed my driver's license, and the day went smoothly after that. Well, I'm already out of things to say, so see ya!

Tuesday sucks.

Greetings!
So today I made this tuna casserole. It's nothing phenomenal, but it was nummy. I'm not going to bother you with the recipe this time though. :P I've got a meeting with a lawyer on thursday, and already I'm stressed about it. It's nothing too serious, but those things always freak Me out.

Well, this concludes another boring post, love You, see you next time!

I need a life!

Well, again I did nothing today, and I feel lame because of it. I need a hobby, but I can't think of one. Well, I can think of a bunch of things, but I can't decide. Maybe woodworking, or painting or something. I might just make candles again. I was thinking about making doll clothes, and selling them online, but that's a whole new thing I'd have to practice at. I just know I need something.

Well, sorry for boring You yet again, hopefully I'll think of something entertaining in my next post, or the one after it.

Another boring weekday

So tonight i made this awesome dinner, expecting visitors, and they didn't show up. So now there's a ton of leftovers for tomorrow! The recipe is as follows:

Kiomi's Beef Stew
6 cups diced beef
10 cups quartered potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup minced garlic
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups peas
1 cup mushrooms
3 packages brown gravy mix (i cheated :p)
(serves at least 8 people)

First, in a large pot, fry the beef in olive oil till browned. While it is browning, prepare the gravy mix by stirring it into a cup of cold water. When the beef is nicely brown, add onions, garlic, and gravy mix, as well as enough water to cover everything. Cook at medium heat (stirring often) while you prepare the potatoes. (no hurry here) Add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, check to make sure there's enough water to cover everything, and simmer for at least 2-3 hours. Add the peas 30 minutes before serving. (if you expect to be simmering the stew for more than 4 hours, you might add the potatoes a little later, after 3 hours they start to turn into mashed potatoes)

Well, that's my fun for the day, sorry it wasn't much.
